LEISURE - STAFFORD DEAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The letting of the former Litten Tree Public House, Riverside, Stafford, to Revolution Bars Limited has been completed. Providing approximately 9,000 sq.ft. (836 sq.m.) of ground floor bar, restaurant, kitchen and beer cellar space, the property has been completely refurbished by the lessee to provide a Revolution de Cuba flagship outlet close to the new leisure development at the southern end of the town centre. Millar Sandy acted for the immediate landlord, Stafford Borough Council, and Campbell Property Consultants represented the tenant.
