BDS Properties (UK) Limited have acquired the new Morrison's Convenience Store, Green Lane, Rugeley, as a freehold investment. Formed by the conversion of the former Moderation Public House, the property was developed by Commercial Development Projects Limited based in Leeds and completed in December 2014. Millar Sandy acted on behalf of the acquiring company with Fitzgerald Associates of Lichfield representing the vendor.
