The property provides a two-storey office block with an industrial unit at the rear and extends to 34,390 sq.ft. (3,194.93 sq.m.) on a site of 2.40 acres (0.97 hectares). The freehold interest was marketed by Millar Sandy on behalf of the vendor company with a guide price of £1.8M.
