A private pension fund purchaser has acquired the freehold interest in Unit 1, Drummond Road, Astonfields Industrial Estate, Stafford. Providing a single-storey warehouse unit extending to 9,370 sq.ft. (870.50 sq.m.) on a 0.6 acre (0.24 hectare) site with enclosed yardage and located on one of town's major industrial estates, the premises were marketed with an asking guide price of £550,000.
