Comprising a detached office and industrial building located on one of the town's premier estates, the property provides a total gross floor area of 28,000 sq.ft. (2,601 sq.m.) on a 1.49 acre (0.60 ha.) site and was marketed with an asking guide price of £1.1M. Millar Sandy acted on behalf of the vendor.
