The letting of 91/92 Ferwood Drive Shopping Centre, Fernwood Drive, Rugeley, for use as a barbers has now been completed. Comprising a lock-up retail unit in a neighbourhood trading position, the premises provide a net retail area of 570 sq.ft. (52.95 sq.m.) and were marketed with a quoting rental of £5,200 per annum.
