ISE Estates Limited has completed the letting of Unit H, The Beacon Business Park, Weston Road, Stafford, to South Staffordshire and Shropshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This newly constructed warehouse unit extends to 5,555 sq.ft. (516.07 sq.m.) and forms part of a highly successful distribution centre that has been developed over the years to now provide a total of around 220,000 sq.ft. (92,044 sq.m.) of space. Millar Sandy and Chivers Commercial jointly marketed the building quoting a rental of £30,500 per annum. Unit J, a sister unit of the same size, is still available.
