(62.25 sq.m.) and forms part of a neighbourhood parade fronting the A34 at the northern end of the town. Previously used as a launderette, the new tenant will be trading as a hairdressers. Millar Sandy marketed the property on behalf of the landlord with an asking rental of £7,500 per annum.
