STAFFORD DEAL ANNOUNCEMENT
The sale of The Sandonia, Sandon Road, Stafford, has now been completed. This imposing detached building with a barrel vaulted roof was originally constructed in 1920 as a theatre but then converted into a cinema and subsequently used as a bingo hall and, latterly, as a snooker club. It provides a floor area of 10,470 sq.ft. (972.69 sq.m.) and was marketed with an asking guide price of £350,000. Millar Sandy acted on behalf of the vendor, Orange Management Limited. The purchasers, the pension fund trustees of a local company, represented themselves.
